WATER COOLED MAGNETIC BEARING CHILLER

HYC develops own new technology product: water cooled magnetic bearing centrifugal chiller(also called turbo chiller, oil free chiller), with super high efficiency, which with below features:

• Dual-stage compression technology: Dual-stage compression technology can supplement the 2-stage compression, reduce power consumption, and increase the full-load COP by 5%.

• Variable frequency drive technology: Use high carrier frequency inverters to avoid high temperature of the motor, reduce the risk of motor heating or demagnetization, reduce motor losses, and improve motor efficiency; unique algorithms and dedicated high-frequency inverters use IGBT to effectively control the temperature rise of the inverter.

• Permanent magnet synchronous motor: gearless mechanical transmission, independent speed variable frequency drive impeller, efficiency up to 97%; adjustable speed range 7800-14000 RPM, greatly improving part load performance; despite its small size, there is no mechanical friction caused by the gear mechanism , which can effectively reduce operating noise; by analyzing magnetic field line distribution, magnetic induction intensity and air gap magnetic field analysis, it is ensured that the magnetic force of the permanent magnet motor is maintained under the design working conditions.

• Magnetic bearing (MBC) control technology: Micron-level high-waxness position sensor monitors position with a frequency of 20000 times/second; gearless mechanical transmission, no contact, no friction, and low noise.

• Oil-free lubrication technology: The system adopts an oil-free design. Since the compressor has no wear and tear, it ensures that the long-term performance of the unit continues without degradation.
